Profile of China Bicycle Association

Established in 1985, China Bicycle Association is the national organization of the Chinese bicycle sector. It is voluntarily formed by the manufacturing establishments, of various economic sectors and the diversified property rights, of the bicycles, motorized bicycles and spare parts and components, as well as the related producing establishments, scientific and research and educational units, regional associations, and commercial and trade establishments; and it is a non-profit-making social organization and a body corporate. The Association has now nearly 650 members, which are the hard core of the Chinese bicycle sector. The annual output and the export quantity of the member units make up about 75% of the totals of the bicycle sector. The aim of the Association is to pool the strength of the sector, to handle the affairs of the sector, to serve the sector, and to promote the development of the sector. 报名方式


       1.报名时间：2025年10月31日至2026年2月28日，接受申报和推荐提名。

       2.报名提交：登陆中国国际自行车展览会官网（www.e-chinacycle.com）—菜单栏“会议活动”中—点击“创新奖”图标，进入“申请报名”，新用户进入“注册用户”，老用户“直接登录”。根据系统要求，进行填报，每次申请限填一件参选产品。如有多件产品参选，请多次申请。


参选范围


       1.自行车整车及零部（配）件；

       2.电助力自行车及零部（配）件；

       3.电动自行车及零部（配）件；

       4.电动摩托车及零部（配）件；

       5.儿童自行车、电动滑板车、平衡车；

       6.运动、娱乐、助行、康复类移动工具；

       7.骑行装备、工具等。


参评条件



       参选产品须同时满足以下要求：

       1.应为本届参展企业的产品；

       2.近3年来研制成功并能量产上市的产品；

       3.全新产品，或有重大变化的升级换代产品；

       4.知识产权清晰，产品设计新颖、结构合理、性能优越、技术先进适用；

       5.具备必要的产品标准、工艺规程、安全规程、操作规程及工装、检测手段；

       6.达到设计要求，符合国家标准、行业标准或用户要求，技术水平达到国际、国内先进。

       7.须将《第34届中国国际自行车展览会创新奖评选承诺书》签字盖章后的原件提交组委会。


参评费用

       1.参评费用：免费。

       2.所有参评者发生的交通、通讯、邮寄、宣传及产品运输等费用自理。



评审原则


       创新要素、技术含量、低碳节能、市场空间、使用友善、成本效益、必要审美、社会责任。



评审程序

       1.报名：所有参展企业均可在规定时间内，按要求报名参加创新产品评选活动。

       2.初评：活动报名截止后，评审专家将从所有参评产品中评选出入围产品，名单将在中国国际自行车展览会官网上公示，接受社会各界对产品的真实性、创新性以及权属问题等各方面的质询与建议。

       3.网评：对入围产品进行公示，同时接受公众投票评选。

       4.复评：评审专家对已入围并通过公示后的产品进行现场复评。

       5.揭晓：复评结果结合网评票数，最终产生评选结果，并于中国国际自行车展览会现场揭晓、颁奖并展出。

参展资质：


为打击假冒伪劣产品，维护展览会和广大参展企业的声誉，本届展览会严格执行“参展主体”和“产品原产地”的原则。

1. 所有参展企业的展位内只能展出以自身名义登记生产、并使用自身注册商标的产品或授权代理、经销的产品。展品出现质量问题时由参展企业承担全部责任。

2. 展会期间组委会将依据政府相关规定，做好知识产权保护工作。

3. 所有参展企业在报名参展时,须同时提供企业工商营业执照或生产许可证明。

Profile of China Bicycle Association

Established in 1985, China Bicycle Association is the national organization of the Chinese bicycle sector. It is voluntarily formed by the manufacturing establishments, of various economic sectors and the diversified property rights, of the bicycles, motorized bicycles and spare parts and components, as well as the related producing establishments, scientific and research and educational units, regional associations, and commercial and trade establishments; and it is a non-profit-making social organization and a body corporate.
The Association has now nearly 650 members, which are the hard core of the Chinese bicycle sector. The annual output and the export quantity of the member units make up about 75% of the totals of the bicycle sector.
The aim of the Association is to pool the strength of the sector, to handle the affairs of the sector, to serve the sector, and to promote the development of the sector. Purpose: Promote the creativity of bicycle.

Instructions:

The product must be put into market already during 2017-2022.

They must be new products or upgraded products with significant changes.

They must have their own intellectual property, innovative design, reasonable structure, and superior performance, advanced technologies.

They must reach necessary standards, safety procedures, and operating programs.

They must meet the requirements of design and be in line with national standards, industry standards or user requirements and the technical level must surpass the advanced domestic level.

It is free of charge to participate.

All cost of your traffic, communication, mailing, propagandas and product transportation will borne by yourselves.

How to Participate:

Registration time: November, 2021-February, 2022

Application: Log in www.e-chinacycle.com, the official website of the China Cycle Show; click on the \"Creative Product Selection\" icon, fill out the \"CHINA CYCLE 2022 Creative Product Selection Application Form\" and submit to register, then click on “Uploading”, uploading the graphic information of your creative products(electronic version), or you can sent to:chinacycle@163.com QQ:517614255

Requirements:

Registration, the products should submit electronic version of the graphic information (file formats: TIF, the JPEG whose accuracy ≥ 300 pixels) and video (optional), text description and openly technical parameters and market points of sale.

The enterprises whose products are selected should provide product samples, independent intellectual property-related documents and send them to the Evaluation Committee according to notification requirements of the Evaluation Committee.

\"\" All participants are allowed to submit more than one product, but each product should fill out a registration form separately.

The organizers have the right to cancel the products whose materials are not complete or materials submitted don’t comply with the Rules.

When the products are in the process of selection or publicity, if any dispute, they must provide the appropriate documents to the organizing committee within the prescribed time. Those who can’t provide documents within the schedule time will be deemed as automatic quit.

Process:

Step1

March, 2022: Preliminary evaluation: the excellent exhibits (finalists) will be chosen from all eligible products according to the standard assessment.

Step2

March, 2022: The list will be posted on the official website of the China Cycle Show: www.e-chinacycle.com

Step3

March, 2022: Public vote online: The public can vote for the excellent products posted online.

Step4

April, 2022: Re-evaluation of the Evaluation Committee: the finalists will be re-evaluated by the Evaluation Committee. In the final statistics of Selection results, the online votes accounted for 10%, the Evaluation Committee votes accounted for 90%.

Step5

May 6, 2022: The final results will be announced by the guests of honor on the ceremony. The short-listed products, the organizers will notify the participating finalists to submit their physical products to participate in the exhibition site. Those who fail to provide physical products within the stipulated time will be deemed as automatic quit.
